Dear Friends and Clients,

At List Sotheby’s International Realty, our agents and staff have continued to serve our clients and communities during these unprecedented times by working remotely and adapting to new ways of business with technological solutions. The safety of our team, clients, and communities is our highest priority. It is with cautious optimism that Hawaii is beginning to open with phased guidance. It is a first step, focused on bringing our local community and business back while continuing to follow all necessary safety protocols and maintaining the incredible progress we have made in keeping COVID-19 at bay. We are in the first stage of opening up on-site activity–– following all health and safety procedures to ensure the safety of our clients, agents, and staff. Our agents are available for private showings and our offices are available for private appointments upon advance notice, in compliance with precautionary and hygienic health measures following CDC guidelines.

Procedures carried out to ensure maximum safety:

  • Sanitization of our offices to guarantee a safe and compliant working space
  • Reorganization of the office workspace to guarantee necessary social distance
  • Supplying of personal protective equipment such as: masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Maintaining the maximum number of people in a shared space (Max: 10 people)

5 Commitments of Containment:

  • I will maintain 6 feet of social distance.
  • I will wash my hands often.
  • I will cover my face in public.
  • I will stay at home when I am sick.
  • I will immediately get tested if I have symptoms.

We will continue to utilize technological solutions to organize virtual viewings, carry out transactions, and limit physical encounters, which will be possible only when strictly necessary. All appointments and viewings will be organized by following mandatory and precautionary safety measures to their fullest respect.
